  • If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered cabinets from Alex the manager there and was told 5-6 weeks. Well 23 weeks later we are still missing doors, shelves,and crown molding. To add insult to injury we ordered a wood surround for the stove hood to fit the fan hood we bought. The mechanical hood I bought was too big for the area (myFault),, wish I would have had some guidance in the type of fan hood to buy but oh well. I had to personally cut down the ornamental decorative hood to a better shallower dimension ,,,,but I also had to buy a new range hood that wasn't so deep.. the worst part is I had a 90 DAY RETURN POLICY on the hood I previously bought that had expired due to it taking too long to get my cabinets. How does that happen.? Another terrible deal is the fact they ran out of paint 3 times and had to come grab a piece they dropped off to color match. Well you guessed it. Crown doesn't match the doors which don't match the boxes. The measurements were way off. The corner cabinet was suppose to have a 9 inch filler on each side ...really? So now we had to make it a stand alone cabinet. We spent $17,000 and got $8,000 in quality. Don't know which is worse, the quality, or trying to work with Alex. If there was an owner to talk to I would love to chat with him.. but they won't let you. Not mad anymore,,,just sick about it. I have remodeled 5 kitchens since I ordered cabinets from Alex at Arizona best cabinets. The reason I went with them was because I heard they do better in the custom arena. Well not true. If you are thinking about going with them call me first. My construction crew have a saying we say at the job site " Don't AZ Best it...do it right" It's catching on to other crews as well. Maybe if the word gets out there enough, they will start doing better business Aaron 480-338-5533
