  • Tried to get passports for our two children. I called multiple times to get an appointment, but they will not answer the phone. Went in person and patiently waited in line. When I finally got to the front of the line, they said they will only see us for a passport with an appointment. I said OK, I'd like to make an appointment. They refused to make an appointment, state that has to be done only "online", only with the computer, not with a phone.
