| - A higher end grocery, you won't find regular brand name stuff here. Expect lots of 'hippy' brands, stuff that cost 30% more than popular brands and lots of health stuff. Kind of like Whole Foods but not as expensive. I don't mind though, their stuff is high quality and healthy.
The bakery is great, meat and fish section is also good. Sanitary, fresh and not too expensive. I often get ribeye steaks here. The sushi is okay. Produce is also good, clean, not too expensive and a wide variety of vegetables. Sometimes I find some pretty exotic fruits and vegetables.
They also have a good selection of wine and beer, but if that's not enough, right next door is a Total Wine.
Good place to get regular everyday stuff too, like milk, eggs, cereals, cooking oil etc. But again, all are slightly more expensive than your regular grocery.
There is also a section for household stuff like dishwashing liquid and laundry stuff, but again it's all 'hipster' all-natural stuff. Huge aisles for homeopathy and things like that. I don't know how effective these are, never tried it, but if you like these kind of things, Sprouts is great for it.
Oh.. and some of male stockists are cute! Obviously young highschool or college aged kids doing it part time, but they're pretty cute boys! Very easy on the eyes when you're doing some boring old shopping!
