  • WOW, I have never had such great customer service with a AC company. I have a unit that I needed checked out on a property I purchase that has been sitting vacant for about 5 years. I wanted to have someone check it out. Long story short Dustin from Dukes recommended I replace the unit due to the number of issues. However he also gave me the option to repair what we could tell was wrong with the unit (everything) Since Dukes offers only the highest quality parts and replacement I was looking at about 5600 to replace the unit.. I decided use another company that installed a 4 year old unit for the same price for just the repair cost Dukes quoted me. I took a few weeks to shop around and find a used unit that was in way better condition than my current one. Even though their prices seem high for new units I do not feel like I was being ripped off, based on the quality parts Dukes uses the price was reasonable.
