Just like the last Pillar community I lived in. This place SUCKS! Maintenance uses half-assed repairs to get by with the cheapest fix possible. No one on staff regards the place as someone's home, rather a place to collect a paycheck from. The recent repaving of the parking lot could not have been more poorly planned. Management actually expected people to park at opposite ends of the complex and walk a quarter of a mile to get home in 110 degree weather. The last monsoon storm left debris in a lot of the outdoor corridors, which has gone unattended for over a week. The general attitude of the staff here is to do as little as possible, but charge as much as they can possibly get away with. I've spoken to some Pillar residents that have approached the corporate office on Acoma in Scottsdale for resolution, only to be treated with very same attitude. Pillar Communities are probably the worst value in the Phoenix valley.
