  • I wouldn't trade Michigan Avenue or living in a city for anything, but sometimes going to a mall is so refreshing. I can never get my fiance to go shopping with me so when he suggested we spend yesterday at Beachwood Place I jumped at the opportunity. And this is sure is a nice mall that has practically everything including (that is besides Bloomies and Neimans....what's up with that?). I had a lot of little things on my list to buy...you know all those important things like new makeup brushes, hanky pankys, and sunglasses. And so I spent a lot of time in Saks Fifth Avenue, Sephora, and Nordstroms (yay for the anniversary sale). The food court could use some work (although I was happy to see my favorite chick-fil-a)...some healthier options would be nice!
