  • Would also prefer to assign negative stars to IJL. Nothing about this company is positive. There is no customer service. It is difficult at best to speak to anyone, much less a supervisor. I was widowed two years ago and finally ready to "date" again - after 35 years since being on the dating scene, which apparently made me vulnerable to the sales pitch. I have been on one "intro" and had very little in common with the fellow. There has been 10 weeks of complete silence from IJL - interrupted ONLY by my attempts to get a prorated refund. I did finally get to speak with Debbie, a manager, who offered to assign a new dating director - but flatly told me I would not get a refund. That dating director did not call until I emailed Debbie 3 days later asking what was going on...that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Complete silence. Total ripoff.
