  • This review is long overdue. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Rosie the rep at this store who has gone above & beyond what anyone has ever done for me at Verizon. I am a business owner who has been with Verizon since day 1. I have had over 200 phones with them for my employees. With that many phones I have had to deal with a lot of issues over the years both in the stores & over the phone. Over the last few months I have had the privilege of working with Rosie at this location & I am blown away at her knowledge, patience, kindness & overall attitude in the way she handled my problems with my own phone. She truly cares about her customers & made me feel that I wasn't just another account. Both of my visits were at a busy time in the store & were for complicated phone issues.This did not make a difference to Rosie. She kept at it until she found a solution to the problem & on one occasion was with me way past when she was supposed to already be off. I have gone in to a Verizon store several times with something that needed resolved & when the reps realized they weren't going to make a commission from my visit they quickly told me that my problem was not fixable. Rosie could have done the same thing but yet she chose to spend the time necessary to find a fix to the issues. I also asked her to help me with my account & she worked with me to find an effective way to lower the cost of some of the lines on the account. As a business owner I know the value of a good employee & how hard it is to find people who truly care about their customers as well as the company they work for. I would be proud to have Rosie on my team & I feel she deserves to be rewarded for the way she represents Verizon. It is so refreshing to know that there are still people like Rosie who give way more than what is expected to just do their jobs. I hope Verizon sees Rosie's true value as much as I have & do. Thank you Rosie for restoring my hope in finding someone who cares & thinks outside of the corporate box in how to treat their customers. Rosie you ROCK !
