  • My company orders here on a normal basis. This time we had an even smaller order, I placed my order online for Friday the 17th between 11:15 & 11:30.. It was easy to place an online order... Then, after my order was placed and the money was taken from my account I get a confirmation email for Wednesday between 3:15 & 3:30.. I called them immediately and spoke with someone on the catering line who assured me that he saw the order and would make sure it was ready on Friday at 11am. Well, we do down to pick up our food today and they say they have no record of an order for today! That they had our order ready on Wednesday and no one showed up! Um, WHAT?! Ultimately, we got our order and 20% off our next order but we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes. It's a good thing their food is so good!
