| - The atmosphere was much more casual than I expected. The outside of the restaurant is a stark contrast to the inside. It's a cookie cutter commercial building with plain written all over the facade and a boring font "Settebello" sign overhead. Inside aged brick walls, wood trims, iron art accents and exposed copper vents added to a slightly more inviting and warm ambiance.
Our server was very personable and attentive. We split an Insalada Grande and shared a Settebello pizza. The salad was brought out already split and was the perfect size; mixed greens, tomato, artichoke, mushrooms, olives, pine nuts and large shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano tossed in a flavorful vinaigrette. The pizza came out not long after we finished our salad. It looked amazing covered in tomatoes, pancetta, sausage, mushrooms, pine nuts, basil and fresh mozzarella. I love, love, love the crust on a neapolitan pizza. And this one was amazing; soft and chewy with a little bit of amazing grilled char on the bottom. Everything we had that little extra gourmet flare to it that I've come to expect with a neapolitan style pizzeria.
