  • do not recommmend this property i had no idea what the hell one of the resident told me when i just moved in. if you are looking at to move in this apartment please don't even try. even though they are under renovation at the moment, things can't be fixed just by fixing the visual part of the apartment. this is real story. when i received tour, they showed me a better unit and when i moved in, the unit i received was horrible which i still bare to live on. *master bedroom mirrored case did not have any of shelves, *window screen fell apart so when i try open the window screen just fell to the ground btw i live in 3rd floor which could been ended up with terrible wound. *the wall was cracked, *paint had a lot of stain *shower tub had peeled off paint and unbalanced bottom. water stays there when you are done with shower. *1~2 week: giant roach came out, small roaches and insect comes in and out through the gap of main entrance door. *2~3 week: dishwasher back flow. disposal back flow. happened total 3 times. ended up taking out the pipe. did not put any shell, bone or anything hard inside, i used to be a chef i know what to put in the disposal and what to not. *4~5 week: shower tub drain back flow, seemed like some one who shared the pipe line from upstairs put marble, razor blade and stuff in there. *5 week : disposal back flow again, this time filthy water came out through the master bathroom. had to wash out the whole carpet area and took out the insole. don't be surprised after came back from work you will find toilet over flow with most disgusting things in the world without even touch your toilet. oh you need renter's insurance and if you choose high deductible for this apartment, you are basically screwed like me. wish you best luck. p.s: laundry machine breaks every other week be ready to bring it to other floor
