  • Only take the Megabus if you're able to travel exactly as planned....I had a medical emergency (my son was life-flighted and required emergency surgery in another state) & needed to reschedule the trip. I called Megabus and was told no problem and have yet to be credited or able to rebook a new trip because they said I should've been able to go to Chicago as planned! SUCH AUDACITY - I was in another state, taking care of my son and dealing w/the medical issues as a result of his accident. At Megabus, it's simply impossible to make contact with anyone other than "customer service" people who are worthless!!!! What a horrible company! CUSTOMER SERVICE - it's an oxymoron!!!!
