I had my oil changed on 1/18/17, I had scheduled an appointment yet was told it would still be an hour to and hour and a half wait. To m surprise they finished my oil change in 15 minutes. When I went out to my vehicle they had not reset the computer and my car was stuck in reset mode. The problem with this, is if you do not reset the computer for the Engine you will get false electrical codes and emissions errors. When I called I was disconnected several times and no one would help me. Not having the computer working right will screw up your vehicle and kill your engine!
Fed up with Sears I took my car to Jiffy Lube on 32nd Street and Thunderbird. They ran a system check, made sure my oil had in fact been changed and cleared all codes. They could not reset my computer as they were closing! Frustrated, I went home, disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and everything is now reset. My car is now driving fine again! I will NEVER take it to sears EVER again! They are lazy and miss the most basic things!
