  • I picked up a half dozen and ate 5 of them in one sitting. I let my mom have one. I know, I'm a pretty great son. As suggested by I don't know how many people, I made sure I tried the maple bacon doughnut. It was good. Not an overwhelming amount of maple flavour, just enough to get the taste. I found the bacon a little too crispy. Also in my box of sugar and carb delights was the jelly doughnut, peanutbutter cup, and s'mores. The jelly doughnut was not good. I was not expecting a tart berry flavour which really ruined that one for me. The peanutbutter cup was really good and same for the s'mores. The dough is so soft and chewy and delicious I had ploughed through two doughnuts before I even knew it. They put the perfect amount of icing on the doughnuts. The doughnuts are coated but not overwhelmed like you sometimes find with the icing on cupcakes. The decor and layout of the shop reminds me of a Sprinkles Cupcakes shop. Everything is shiny, the doughnuts are behind glass on raised platforms and at eye level.
