  • Today was my first time trying Concepts and I was scheduled with Liz. I had some old highlights that I was looking to cover up with a colour closer to my natural hair, as well as get a cut. I originally went in asking for a partial of low lights but after patiently speaking with me and getting a good understanding of what I wanted my hair to look like in the end, Liz offered me a completely different option that she felt would achieve the results I wanted in a much more effective (and healthier!) way. She couldn't have interpreted what I wanted any better, and she did an amazing job matching to my natural colour. I'm so happy she used her own judgement and suggested a different route than I had originally wanted. And throughout the whole process she was so friendly and did an amazing job explaining exactly what she was doing. As for the cut, I'm always hesitant from a few bad experiences but again, after showing her a couple pictures of what I wanted, Liz nailed it! She also styled it perfectly to suit me - nothing too over the top. All in all, I have never left a salon happier and will definitely be returning to Liz!
