  • I had the best experience here today. I set up an in home design consultation (yep, something West Elm offers). I am redecorating our living room along with some renovations in that area of our home and needed some help deciding what to put where. Well the amazing Carol B. showed up at my house (right on time) and totally helped me solve all my spacial issues. She was amazing and had great ideas to help me incorporate styles I wanted while maximizing the space. We picked some items online and then went to the store to see some rugs and other textiles in person. The in store experience with her was also awesome and Derek was super helpful too. I am so exited for my new living room. Thanks Carol and West Elm!
