rev:text	We took my two Bischons to Sniffany's on Tuedsay, 5/6/2014. We had been there twice before, first time with a Groupon and the next time we paid full price which was $45.00 per small dog plus $15.00 for the matting on one of the dogs. This Tuesday we brought our dogs for the third time and were told they were matted but they would do their best. One of our dogs was totally shaved with raw skin exposed. The other dog also had bare spots but was not shaved. With these type of dogs, as well as any of our wonderful pets, this is a very traumatic experience. He is still not himself and keeps licking all the bare spots. My husband paid the bill upon our picking up the dogs, but failed to look at the bill and the receipt. Today, Thursday, 5/8/2014 I saw the receipt and it said $160.00. I called the office and said this must be a mistake and was it $106.00. Danielle, who answered the phone said I will get the owner Debbie for you. She said that was the correct price, since she felt that she should charge me $45.00 for each dog plus $35.00 for each dog for matting. I told her she cannot make up prices without telling us and that was outrageous. She told me DO NOT COME BACK AGAIN and HUNP UP ON ME ! What customer service for the owner of the company to display ! Please go anywhere else...This place is totally unacceptable.
