  • My home Warranty company have them come to look at my rental property, told the the tenant it would take thirty days before the home warranty would approve it. So I call the home warranty company and they said it should be done asap! So they call Louie's and was told the man that looked at the stove had not come in yet. Now Four weeks later still no answer. My home warranty company is trying to get the stove fix! Come Louie's I am about ready to call channel 15 news and Let Joe know handle it!
