Neither the salesman, Patrick or the manager, Marcius would confirm in writing what our new monthly upgrade costs would be before taxes. We wanted it in writing before we commit to the upgrade and they kept using their standard pricing sheet that had the numbers all across the sheet in a horizontal spreadsheet with no total shown on the bottom of the sheet. My husband and I are former engineers. The manager insisted that we trust him. We spent 2 hours on 2 different days to upgrade our plan and one phone. In the end, they did not activate the plan upgrade with Verizon and we had to call Verizon ourselves.
While waiting in the store for answers from Verizon themselves, the manager sets his phone on the desk and reads his Facebook. Do not go to this Verizon store, they are not trained and very unprofessional.
The manager Marcius called us 2 days later to see if we were happy and I told him what a poor sales job they did and he just fumbled around with no apologies.
