In the service industry mistakes happen. It's not that you make a mistake, it's how you make up for the mistake that matters. I went in to have the brakes checked on my 2010 Mustang and was informed of what work needed to be done right away and what work could wait. The work was completed and I left the business. Almost immediately I noticed that there was an issue with the car so I called and let them know. They said I could bring it back as soon as possible. Went in 1st thing the next morning and they took care of the problem immediately. The problem I was initially experiencing is completely gone and the vehicle drives great. They were apologetic, honest and made sure I was satisfied. They have a new loyal customer.
