  • If I could give a negative score, I would! I've been a customer for years and regularly get details. On one detail, I felt they did a poor job and simply told the manager I was disappointed bc they normally did a good job. She said not a problem, when can you come back and we can redo it? I told her when and when I came back, she argued, she remembered me, but denied what we had discussed and wasn't going to do anything at all! I was so disgusted with the customer service, I will never return!!!
