| - BEST PEDICURE/MANICURE I HAVE HAD IN TORONTO!!!! ALSO THEY DO THREADING!!
Today I went to Yeti Nails... I was recommended this nail salon by a client of mine who works at Loving Hut across the street...
The place is amazing! I loved it!!
I entered and was greeted immediately by a very friendly staff, Big Genuine Smiles, white smocks, clean floors & simple decor. The ladies who work here are actually from Nepal, and are extremely friendly and welcoming, I felt at home almost right away!!! It is the first nail salon I have entered that exceeds my expectations in infection control and friendliness.
PS: Everyone speaks and understand English ;) Everyone is very polite!
When I arrived I used the washroom which was very tidy and had a pleasant smell. The sink was clean and sanitized, not even water drips on the counter top.
The ladies were able to take me right away. Thrilling! There were two regulars there, who were talking to each other and the ladies who work there... They were all speaking, joking, and keeping up a jovial, fun conversation!
When selecting colours the Aesthetician actually came over, asked me what colours I like, and recommended a combination of two to me, What good service! The Colour is custom now, and 4 or 5 people have commented on how nice it is!
They have a great selection of polish, OPI, CNDC, China Glaze, Essie & Precision Colour. None of the polish bottles look old, overused, separated or empty.
They also have SHELLAC there, for ladies who are into Shellac. The have the full line, I am going to post a photo.
The Ladies took my sweater, lead me over to the chair, helped me get in comfortably and made sure I had everything I need.
The Basin, Chair and remote for the chair were clearly sanitized and ready for clients. I really liked that they asked me how I liked the water my feet were going into, and if I wanted a green tea (so nice to have a tea while I am getting my pedicure!)
When she started the work, the one thing I read about in reviews that I wanted to clarify, was that they opened a Medically Sealed, Sterilized set of tools that they only used on me, and that they did not even bring near anyone else... In the review by Lindsay S. It says they did not do things in a sanitary way, but this simply was not the case on my visit, at all.
They did good cuticle work, filed my toenails, did a nice appealing shape, and cleaned under the edge. She was very gentle, precise and took her time (no rushing, which I loved) She also checked the bottom of the foot over, did a deep thorough scrub, leg scrub, leg massage, foot massage (that did not tickle) I am a hairstylist so I stand for work, and I definitely have rough spots on my feet, which she did a fabulous job scrubbing my feet and removing the calluses.
The manicure and pedicure were done at the same time while I sat in the massage chair, the manicure work was good and they had to do minor cuticle work (I keep my hands pretty well done) However they massaged my hands, arms and fingers which felt amazing, my eyes were rolling in the back of my head! The paint job was the best I have had at a nail salon ever... it's even, edge to edge, no bumps, no uneven spots and the custom colour on my toes and fingers looks like a million bucks...
they also have a great spot to get your toes and fingernails dry, and the instructions are written on there, that helped me understand the process, and helped me not rush!
I also saw that they do threading!!! They threaded my eyebrows! AMAZING!!

I love Yeti, I recommend to ALL!! Also, not that price matters when the service is amazing, because to me the good service matters most!! it was under $50.00 for a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow threading and that includes tax... I tipped hefty, three women were working so I tipped $8 each... Awesome Place.
I took the brochure, they also do Laser Hair Removal, Full Body Waxing & much more...
