  • I ordered two recliners (but one, get one free) on black Friday weekend. Came out to a little over $800. The delivery date was set for 12/11, then delayed to 12/27, then delayed to 1/1 maybe if they come into the warehouse. In other words, they sell items that don't actually exist. I say don't charge my bank account until the item is actually shipped, and don't make promises that won't be kept. Better off ordering from Costco or RC Wiley, I've never had this issue from them. I should have read the reviews before I went shopping and I would have known to stay away.
