  • This company has really suspicious employees who go door to door soliciting. Yesterday two of his employees were in my neighborhood. I heard one of the two men push on my front door. He did not ring my doorbell or knock. As I looked out the window, I saw him looking in. Very unsettling and scary. I then saw their other employee taking a picture of my neighbors license plate with his phone. They had flyers in their hand but didn't stop at anyone else's house on my street. They were wearing normal clothing without any sign they were with this company other than a flyer. Speaking to other neighbors, they would leave the house after knocking when they heard dogs barking from within the house before the homeowner answered the door. When I called the customer service line, the man who answered the phone was very rude and defensive about his employees and his business. There was no customer service in the sense that he could understand why I would be upset about the professionalism of his employees as they are soliciting. He just said that I will have nothing to worry about in the future. I really didn't feel any relief or confidence for mine or my neighborhood's safety after the phone call. The safety of his potential customers didn't seem to be a genuine priority of his.
