  • Flight delayed for over 2 hours with little to no explanation. I travel for business and avoid this airline if at all possible. This trip was a family vacation and the price was right. Maybe the lower prices comes with a price. Time. Not worth it. If only we had more choices in airlines then this crappy airline company would fold. Never again. Fly southwest.
