I bought a Camelbak here, it was broken and leaked. I brought it back to the store, they called the manufacturer, and then said that I was supposed to do the warranty process. Ski Pro said they didn't have another of the same model so I couldn't exchange. I drove back to the store and told them I would just return the product to Ski Pro, rather than go through the hassle of a warranty with Camelbak. As soon as I said that, another copy of the same model magically appeared and I walked out with a working product.
The employees are nice, and they are helpful, but that situation seemed dishonest. If you buy something, I would try to make sure it works in store, because if it doesn't, you'll be asked to deal with the manufacturer yourself.
