  • Brought my daughter to get her nails done after i out of work and the lady said she busy come back later i said no problem what time? She said 8pm i said OK. so we left and returned and she was very rude My daughter is disable making it difficult for her. The lady kept asking only 1 pedicure i said yes bc i want you to focused on my daughter In case you need help i told her. Then she ask do you want nails? My daughter responded ok then the lady said what kind? I was confused and asked her what do you mean she said manicure or full set? I said full set i guess. Then she said oh it's going to be hard..wth? Why would she keep ask i if she don't want do my daughters nails? My daughter was very hurt with what she said and so i told her forget it and we left. Their is more to the story, but I'm doing this on my phone. Her customer service skills are HORRIBLE!!! Don't bother with her she's very rude and besides her work isn't all that great. She's open late that's the only good thing about her shop.
