  • I don't rate it a 1 star period. It was one of my worst experience s w booking a hotel period . First off the booking agent no knowledge of her area whatsoever . Bcz there was some event going on rooms were limited . We were put first off in a handicapped room. The room wasn't completely clean free of debris from previous person/persons who stayed in room. The bed was not even close to Hyatt standards it was out of shape lumpy and one side caved in like whom ever was there before was there a long ass while. Bcz it was past cancellation RULES ... I unfortunately couldn't cancel. Needless to say we complained alot good that did $192.70 later plus the $2.50 water is where we are. I will not recommend this place unless everywhere else is booked and way more expensive than this place. The free breakfast eeeeeehh plenty of places you d be better off going to then even to eat as a hold over meal. Clearly I M dissatisfied 100%. Hyatt first time disappointed. All out there unless your life depends on it find another place !!!
