The staff here could not possibly be nicer. The receptionist, nurses and doctors are all friendly and professional. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting almost an hour to see the doctor, but once I got settled in the exam room, I was able to ask the nurses and Dr. Yee all the questions I wanted. Yay!
Two downsides: plan to carve out at least two hours of your day because you will have to wait even if you have an appointment. Second: you don't (automatically) receive copies of the forms you sign as a new patient. I hear that other doctors send them via e-mail. Shouldn't that be standard by now?
