Wings are good but service over the phone is terrible! I understand it can get busy in store, however it isn't right keeping other paying customers on hold and "forgetting" about them for 15 mins and then putting them on hold multiple times after that. Also, paying over the phone is not always an option for some customers due to privacy issues- the lady on the phone told me they wouldn't start on my order until it was paid for even if my husband was 5 mins away with our card to pay. She came off kind of rude and not helpful.
