DISCRIMINATION?
Consider going a different route other than gas if it means working with theses guys.
This companies recent requests or actions towards me while I was contacting them as a new and first time customer (ie, no pre-existing issues or history) coupled with their explanations of requests has me personally wondering what their corporate policy is and if it needs review as to not be discriminatory. I spoke with two different reps and Stella who was presented to me as a supervisor. Stella stated her direct report was Danelle and gave me her extension but gatekeepers have failed to let me through...... My issues and concerns remain unaddressed. I encourage you to avoid having to deal with this company if at all possible as they are apparently systematically and by policy ...... questionable at best.
