  • Right now it's a mess. Went on a weekday around 9:30 p.m. and took over 1 hour. They ran out of the deerioca brown sugar signature drink. The orders were written by hand and taped onto the drink, with confusion as one of the staff couldn't read the writing. The cashier had to make drinks while taking orders because a staff left early. Some customers had to order 10+ drinks for their friends, so the lineup seemed short but took forever. Avoid until they fix up the place.
