I am so disappointed with this property management company. I just recently moved in to a home that I have had nothing but problems with. My credit is not the greatest, so I couldn't be too picky. When they told me I was approved for the property, I jumped at it. The home had been abandoned by the previous tenants, so it needed some work. I assumed it would be done before we moved in. It was not, and all of my emails have gone ignored or they take their sweet time fixing things. (I'm sure they wouldn't let me take my time paying rent though)
The fridge didn't work, and I waited two weeks until I finally went and spent $1400 for a new one. The stove hasn't worked since we moved in, (3 weeks ago), so the property manager told me to get it fixed and send her an invoice. WTH?? The house was NOT cleaned at all, so I spent $250 for a professional cleaning. What a joke! I was never given garage remotes as promised, so she told me to buy universal remotes and send her the invoice...I've never heard of such a thing! The last house we lived in was rented by an individual, and she had someone out the SAME DAY when something went wrong! No questions asked! I thought for sure a management company would be the same or better. I can't believe I have to wait another 11 months before my lease is up.
