TAC is a great gym. The location, equipment and gym facilities are superior to other gyms in the area...but I will focus this review on the amazing experience I had with Angie Green as my personal trainer.
Angie has a very defined philosophy about fitness, health and exercise that absolutely works for me. She focuses on the entire person and the idea that consistency and perseverance are keys to making life long positive changes...both in and out of the gym. Angie taught me how to truly listen to my body, focus on what it wants and is capable of in regards to food and exercise.
Angie made two different programs for me during the time we worked together. The first was all about building a foundation...we spent a lot of time on mobility and form as well as building strength. The second program continued on the first, but added more variety and ways to increase heart rate during strength workouts.
Angie is also just a great trainer...pushed me during workouts, cheered me on when I hit milestones or was able to do something I couldn't before and was patient on the frustrating days. If I still lived in Cleveland, I would still be working with Angie.
