I'm echoing some of the recent interviews saying that this hotel has gone downhill.
Maid service:
The maid stopped replacing the ice bucket and glass cups I used after the 1st day of my stay. Sometimes some of the towels weren't replaced either. The light switches and shower area definitely needed some TLC.
Elevators:
This is the 1st time out of several stays where I experienced elevator problems. One day it was an elevator that kept on clearing out the buttons that were pressed each time it would stop at a floor. Now imagine if you were on the 20th floor and there were people stopping at floors below you. Next day it was waiting for an elevator at the casino level. 20 minutes passed by and all the elevators seemed to be going down, but none were coming up. There was a crowd building up as we were waiting for elevators. Some of us decided to just take the elevator going down and just ride it up because none of them were stopping to go back up after going to the lobby. And this was on a busy Friday night.
Hallways:
I see trash left outside of doors that aren't picked up even after maid service cleans up rooms. I also see trash just thrown on the elevator floors and not picked up. Does Planet Hollywood even care about their appearance anymore?
Planet Hollywood forces you to pay a resort fee, but lately this hotel has been feeling anything but that. Remember to use WI-FI since that's included with the forced resort fees anyway. The only thing that saves this casino are the friendly folks at the sports book. Please upgrade or fix the current problems. You used to be a great place to stay in Las Vegas.
