I was shopping for a new car or even a used car. I was interested in a few different makes and models but I knew exactly what I wanted like color, leather, with navigation, 6 cyl, etc. I shopped many dealers but then had to put it on hold as I had family coming in from out of town. I of course had to give a contact number to dealers in case they found what I wanted but I told them I would be unavailable for this one week period. I instructed them if they had a car come in that met my list of wishes to leave a message. If I was interested I would call them back. So they called, and they texted, and they emailed EVERYDAY, ALL week. My cell phone was constantly ringing or alerting me of a message the whole time I had family visiting. And not one of them ended up having what I wanted. They just kept trying to lure me back into their dealership. When questioned, there was always something missing in the car they had. One salesman was asked 5 times via text what was the sticker price of the vehicle he had since I had informed him of my budget. And 5 times he ignored my question. His dealer website showed no vehicle available that met my list. EXCEPT FOR ONE SALESMAN. Gary Feekes , a salesman at Henry Brown Auto in GIlbert asked when I gave him my number if he could call on a certain day one week away when my family was leaving. And that was when he next contacted me. And even though I had said I would be in that day to see a car he said he had he actually called me before I went in to tell me he had just noticed that the vehicle did not have one of the things on my list. He didn't wait until I was already there to try and sell it to me anyway (like others had done). I knew what I wanted and he was trying to respect my wishes. The integrity and honesty of this salesman so impressed my husband and I and we wish so much we could have given him our business. So the next best thing is we will highly recommend him to others and check first with him when we buy a car again. An honest car salesman that I can trust? Wow!
