rev:text	Yesterday I walked in wanting a cut n color, unbeknownst to me, they had holiday hours. The girl who helped me seemed like she didn't WANT to help. So concerned with being off at 6pm yesterday AND today. I was just about done with that attitude when in swooped Sharon and saved a customer for today and future. Not only did she NOT make a big deal she was pleasant about me being stuck to after 5:30pm because of my job!!! Cut to today...I get stuck at work and am nearly 20 minutes late. She says not one word and is business as usual. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!!! She did an AMAZING AMAZING JOB and I am a fan for life. Ohhh and the unhelpful one.....was STILL there when I left. Yeah, dummy. She lost my sale and a sweet tip too. Take a page from Sharon's book on customer service and LEARN! SHARON- THANK YOU, MAHALO,DANKE SCHOEN,GRACIAS!!!!
