  • AMAZING staff, true hospitality! I haven't have an experience like this at a hotel in a very, very long time. Rooms are immaculate and the decor is minimalist but luxurious. Marble bathroom, sliding barn doors and city views. There is also a lovely wine happy hour. Zantasia at the front desk and Derek the bellman are both standouts. They really do everything they can to make your stay extra special. Miller at the valet was also exceptional. He even stayed after his shift on Christmas day to make sure we were taken care of. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. This is definitely the place to stay in the Queen City!
