  • I have had to call them 2 times and STILL have the same problem. Same areas, nothing changed. 2 times they came out and guaranteed me that they took care of it. 2 times they came out and said they got rid of them all. I looked into other companies who said it shouldn't even be that big of a problem and that they can take care of it. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Now time to pay over $3,000 in repairs for a problem that should have been fixed. This is a quote given to me by Terminex. Not caused by this company. Since reporting this comment, the owner contacted me several times. Then called my wife. He later threatened to sue me if I didn't remove the comment. If a business does not do a good job or service, I shouldn't be threatened.
