  • It should be 4 or 5 stars based on the prices, sales, variety and availability of pre owned products. Problem is I've made my purchase and Im still waiting on customer service. .. the big issue is probably the commission structure. It forces some guys to literally lie to your face on what you're asking for and what you need versus them telling you what they think you need. Luckily I had all my research ready on my smartphone the true protector of the novice. And lucky for me one person that did offer honest customer service clocked in while the other "car sales" liar guy was going to lunch. So in fairness I did get customer service. I just had to work much harder than a consumer should have to to get it.
