  • The pic I have posted are my nails after one week. The nails started popping off just a few days after getting them done which should NEVER happen if they are done properly. About 6 months ago I did a Facebook review on this place which I've gone to for well over a year. It seems like the moment I told them I did a 5 Star review on them and showed them, they started slacking. They were really cold, and my nails would pop off after only a few days when never did that happen before. Terrible!!! And when I called to complain they never answered or returned my call. Extremely unprofessional and they have done my nails so shitty the last few times I will NEVER be back. Which sucks because I live right across the street but in this case the convenience is NOT worth it and I'll drive 40 miles away to another one before I visit this one again! And while doing my nails they always cut me on several fingers while using that cuticle tool. Screw that place! And I tip NO LESS than 10-15 each time. They are overpriced as it is and are definitely not worth it. Now I'm off to retract my Facebook review. They are horrible! Stay away!
