  • I had an AWFUL experience here and will never be back. I made an appointment to try a blow out here for a party, and when I got there, I could not find a parking spot. I called to let them know I was running late, and they said ok. I RAN there after parking all the way on the other side of the shopping center. When I got there, I was told that my appointment had been cancelled. Ironically, a woman came in BEHIND ME and was given a walk in appointment, but I was rudely told there was "no way" they could accommodate me. About two days later, I was charged $40 for the visit I didn't even get. I called the boutique FIVE TIMES to see if they could give me a refund, a credit for next time, anything!! Each time, I left my number and was promised that a manager would call me. No one EVER called. If they don't want my business, I guess they won't want yours either. WASTE OF TIME.
