  • If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in with my daughter & my sister for a gel, a regular mani & a fill. All 3 were awful. My girl kept answering her phone for personal calls. I asked about a corner on my thumb that was cracked - she said "I saw it's ok!" It broke off by the next day! My sister had a reg mani - 1 nail seemed rough to her. She showed me & I could clearly see the edge was jagged. She went to the mgr & asked if it could be filed a little more, he ran his finger over it & said "it's ok". My daughter had a fill & w/I 2 days her thumb cracked. Did I mention we all got our nails done for my sons wedding? It hasn't even been a week and I've soaked all my gels off! Worst experience ever! Beware - awful customer service!!!
