  • The shopping experience is horrible. We came with intention to buy a NEW car with CASH offer. Before the deal was closed the salesman accused my kid (5 yo) steal a displayed stuffed animal that she brought apparently looked nothing like the on they have. Really?! Took my business to next door, Toyota. They are gladly to help us with that commission in their pockets.
