  • Was at the hard rock rocksino, a pretty popular place in Cleveland. Called for a cab. Told I'd be charged an extra 10 bucks bc my hotel (10 miles away) was out of the service area. I gladly agreed and ordered the cab. It's been 30 minutes. I'm sitting in the cold. I called and was informed that they had to find a driver willing to come to "this area". Now I've been told it should be another 15 minutes. We'll see.
