  • I was sucked in by the initial "beauty" of this complex. I soon figured out how they charge a fortune for cheap architecture and design. The walls are paper thin and I can constantly hear the parties of my surrounding neighbors. If you want to live in a college dorm room again..then this is the place for you. It feels exactly like I'm living on a college campus again...only now I have to be at work at 6am every morning. Awesome. Not only is noise a huge issue, but the lease terms are absolutely ridiculous! You have to basically pay 4 months rent to end your lease early if you can't stand this place anymore or have a job transfer out of city. MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS AWFUL! They do not work with you or accept any of your complaints. Honestly, if you're in to hearing drunk idiots, poor construction, and having zero rights as a renter...then this is probably a good spot for you. If you are a hard working professional that wants to come home to a peaceful place and know that you have options and a staff that is on your side, then run far far away!
