  • Usual Bait & Switch. Paid $30 for a tile area up to 300 sf . All I needed was the kitchen area of approximate 100-125 sf which I clean on a regular basis. After I told the "technician" that I was not interested on a pre-treatment and sealant for additional $$$ not included in the price of the Groupon, in order for Him to proceed I had to sign a waiver of "not warrantee" that the floor will be cleaned !!!!!! His 10-15 minutes of actual cleaning made no difference what so ever to the floor. Unless you are prepared to spend 4-5 times the advertised groupon price, don't waste your money. I was told that He can actually clean this 100-125 sf area for about $150. Maybe I believe Him, maybe not....
