  • OMG this cheesecake is delicious! It's so light and fluffy I could devour the whole thing in one sitting. I will however be a good wife and save a few crumbs for the hubs. No line, tons of parking, in and out in 2 mins! There's a coffee machine at the front. I think it's help yourself while you wait but I didn't have to wait so I didn't help myself :P I've never had uncle Tetsu original (didn't feel like lining up 2 hrs for it) but tried the green tea cheesecake (was only 10 mins the day I went) and the green tea cheesecake was terrible there. Almost ruined me from Japanese cheesecake. I didn't finish it and threw it out. If you don't like overly sweet dessert, this is perfect. If you're expecting the cheesecake factory type of cheesecake, this ain't it. Asian pastries are generally less sweet. And Japanese cheesecake is light not dense like the cheesecake you're probably used to. I think this will be a regular treat for me :) BTW I had original. Chocolate and coffee are the other flavours. They are on my list for next time!
