Can't comment on the rooms since I didn't stay here, but the lobby was one of the more inviting & hip hotel chain lobbies that I've seen in recent travels. There were plenty of couches and chairs to set up shop and catch up on work emails, and following a day of meetings, I found the bar/lounge area to be relaxing and a nice way to catch up with an old colleague (and former boss). I was able to park my rental car across the street for 75 cents, which is a rarity in downtown areas these days.
