Our credit card statement presented -not one but- two and a half months of TWC charges. So I called the tel no beside the charge on my cc statement -it didn't even work!?! After locating their number elsewhere I called and spent WAY too much time on the phone this morning with the TWC supervisor. I presented her evidence of our unbroken string of monthly payments going back many months. Finally she agreed to credit the 1/2 payment to our Mar Bill -but not the additional $196.37. We have been customers since Jul 2015 but are now looking elsewhere.
